On Tuesday, the Ministry of Finance of Israel announced that the country will allocate about 100 billion shekels (28 billion dollars) for military conflicts in 2024.
This figure constitutes a significant part of the overall budget, allocated for defense, and reflects the importance of security issues for Israel. It is important to note that expenses on military operations can heavily influence the country’s economy, necessitating additional financing.
It is noted that Israel remains one of the countries with the highest military expenditure in the world. Such resources allow to guarantee the country’s security and protect its interests in the region.
However, such significant expenditures also underscore the necessity of seeking peaceful resolutions to conflicts and alleviating tense situations in the region. As emphasized by the representative of the Ministry of Finance, it is important to strive for stability and peace, ensuring that well-being is secured not only for Israel but for the entire region.
