Launch of Robotics Program in Kindergartens

The Ministry of Education of Israel has introduced an innovative technological education program for 500 kindergartens across the country. The main purpose of this project is to introduce robotics at an early age, providing children with advanced technological skills, such as Artificial Intelligence, which are commonly taught in higher educational stages.

Orna Paz, head of the Early Childhood Education Division, emphasized that the initiative is not limited to teaching children to interact with robots, but to prepare them for future challenges. The Minister of Education, Yoav Kisch, will officially present this program, which aims to revolutionize preschool education in Israel, empowering students in an increasingly technological world.

Through this innovative approach, children will learn to program robots and design paths for them to follow. The activities included in the plan seek to promote the development of logical skills, problem-solving, and teamwork from an early age. The implementation of robotics in kindergartens is shaping up as a transformative educational strategy in Israel, preparing the youngest for a challenging technological future.
