On Tuesday, Israeli media reported on the statement of Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant that the country does not intend to get involved in the internal affairs of Lebanon. Galant stated: "Israel has no interests in Lebanon's internal matters. We are counting on Lebanon to maintain stability and progress."
The minister emphasized the importance of Lebanon maintaining its neutrality and preventing the exploitation of its territory for actions against Israel. Galant also added that Israel is ready to cooperate with a peaceful and stable Lebanon in those areas that can benefit all countries.
