The head of the Israeli government, Benjamin Netanyahu, stated on Sunday that he "unleashes the wrath of the people in the Gaza sector." Netanyahu's spokesperson added: "Whenever one thinks about the actions of the Israeli occupiers, it should be known that we will strike them in a way that has never been seen before." He asserted that Israel is "committed to providing peace and stability" for its residents, "but we will act firmly to protect ourselves."
