On Monday, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Turk, expressed concern regarding the use of Israeli military weaponry on the Western shore.
He noted that Turk stated: "At least 41 Palestinians, including 10 children, have been injured by gunfire from Israeli security forces in various incidents in the southern part of the Hebron region."
The High Commissioner also expressed concern about cases of domestic violence, which, in his words, involved individuals in Occupied Palestinian territories, and also made a call to Israeli authorities to ensure safety for Palestinians.
