On Monday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that it is time to offer the residents of the Gaza sector "freedom."
Netanyahu also noted that he is ready to escalate tensions in the region and accept decisive measures. "I do not fear conflict, but I prefer to avoid it. However, if it is unavoidable, I will go into it with complete confidence in our forces," he added.
The Prime Minister called for the classification of Hamas, which controls the Gaza sector, to recognize this and refrain from further provocations.
"There are limits to everything, and we have red lines that we are ready to protect. Hamas must be clear on this matter. If they think they can bypass us, they are mistaken," Netanyahu emphasized.
