The foreign ministers of Germany, the United Kingdom, and France, in a joint statement, called on Israel to implement decisions made within the framework of international law. "We express deep concern regarding the recent Israeli statements on the increase of settlement construction in the West Bank," the ministers stated in the announcement. "We affirm the unwavering support for a two-state solution, in which both the Israeli and Palestinian peoples can live in peace and security," they noted.
