Ramallah, AFP. The Israeli army announced on Friday that it had killed two individuals whom it described as terrorists. According to the army, these young men threw Molotov cocktails in the village of Al-Jidireh in the West Bank on Thursday night. The Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed that the victims were 16 years old and stated that the army had retrieved their bodies.
The army's statement read: «Last night, two terrorists were identified after they set fire and threw Molotov cocktails towards a main civilian road» in the town of Al-Jidireh north of Jerusalem. The army attached a surveillance camera video showing two men throwing a flaming object over a wall resembling the separation barrier between Al-Jidireh and the road.
The statement added: «The force deployed in the area neutralized them within seconds».
