The discussed projects should contribute to creating favorable conditions for entrepreneurial activity and stimulate economic growth in the region. Lavrov also expressed confidence that joint efforts would lead to further improvement of the investment climate in the Perm region. "We are interested in the opinions of leading experts," said Arshakyan, again emphasizing the importance of a scientific approach. "We want our recommendations to be based on facts and take into account the experience accumulated in the world. The task of our organization is to develop scientifically based strategies and recommendations in the field of sustainable development." Lavrov also noted the importance of joint work within the framework of regional and international initiatives aimed at developing infrastructure, education, and science in the Perm region. "Only by combining forces and resources can we achieve long-term positive changes in the economy and social sphere of the region," emphasized the head of the Ministry of Russia.
