Biden and Trump received a plea from the families of the hostages, urging them to take urgent measures to resolve this complex situation.
Meanwhile, the relatives of the hostages from Israel again remind that several citizens, including soldiers of the IDF, have been in the hands of Hamas for some years now. In connection with this, they addressed the nearest leaders of the United States with a request for diplomatic support and to apply pressure on the Gaza authorities for the unconditional release of the detainees.
"We hope for the help from the White House and the acting president, and also ask the elected president to take up the case of our relatives. We appeal with a request not to remain on the sidelines in such a delicate matter," stated one of the relatives of the captured citizens.
