Israel continues military operations in the north of the western bank of the Jordan River and has announced the evacuation of three refugee camps.
In response to rocket attacks carried out from the southern Lebanese territory in the north of Israel, the Israeli army conducted strikes on the positions of rocket launches, and also participated in a special operation targeting the arrest of those involved in the attacks in Haifa.
"We are only interested in terrorists and those who open fire on Israelis. We do not touch those who do not direct their weapons against us," said an Israeli army press officer.
The evacuation of three refugee camps in the northern western bank was preempted with the goal of ensuring the safety of the local population. Military trucks were sent to the site to carry out the operation.
The situation in the region remains tense, and the Israeli military is prepared to maintain a high level of readiness for actions related to the potential threat of new rocket attacks.
