Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich stated that Israel will finally officially and practically cancel the Oslo agreements and embark on a path towards sovereignty, encouraging the migration of Palestinians from the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. Last week, the Israeli Security Cabinet approved a series of measures supported by far-right ministers to tighten control over the West Bank, including areas administered by the Palestinian Authority under the Oslo agreements in effect since the 1990s. Smotrich added: 'There is no other long-term solution.'
