The Israel Defense Forces announced today, on Monday, that they intercepted five unmanned aerial vehicles in the Mediterranean Sea before their intrusion into Israel.
According to the army's spokesperson, all these drones were intercepted in international waters of the Mediterranean Sea before they could enter Israeli airspace. Other details of the incident are not currently being disclosed.
The army's press service emphasized that Israeli armed forces continue to maintain vigilance and readiness to protect the country's borders from any threats.
